Sponsorships

In addition to proceeds from our fundraising events, our Signature Programs rely greatly on funding received through sponsorship. Sponsorship runs for one service year, July 1 - June 30 of your contribution year, during which your logo will be displayed at all FASL fundraising and marketing events, on the FASL website, and also on any promotional material sent out on behalf of FASL annually.

 

Sponsorship is not only a way to raise your profile in the Fredericksburg area, it also gives your company recognition for the support it is giving to the children in the community. Not only can people find you through our website, but it is something that you can also promote on your website to show your employees and customers that you are giving back!

All sponsors receive:

​

  • Table space for marketing material at FASL Events

  • The opportunity to include items in 'swag bags' for Rock Lobster and Derby Bash

  • Listing on the Fredericksburg Area Service League, Inc, website at www.faserviceleague.com

  • Posting of your company name and logo on FASL displays at all marketing events and FASL fundraising events

  • Your company name and logo published in any FASL event programs

Legacy Sponsorship - $5,000+

With a $5000.00+ sponsorship, the Fredericksburg Area Service League will be able to:

  • Provide an additional five or more service scholarships to graduating high school seniors through our College Scholarship program. 

  • Send an additional five or more middle school students to an educational overnight summer camp through our Summer Scholars program

  • Allow us to give 5,000+ books to preK - 5th grade students through our Books in Hand Program

  • Provide diapers and diaper wipes to five or more children for an entire year through our Diaper Bag program.

 

Sponsorship Benefits include:

  • Sponsors’ Company Name shall be listed as a “Presenting Sponsor” on social media throughout their month of choice.

  • Sponsors’ Company Name and Logo shall be listed as a “Presenting Sponsor” on presentation and display board located at the entrance of each FASL fundraising event.  

  • Sponsor Logo on printed media.

  • Provided two corporate tables for 8 - 10 each with a dedicated server at our annual fall Rock Lobster event.

Gold Sponsorship - $1,000+

With a $1,000.00+ sponsorship, the Fredericksburg Area Service League will be able to:

  • Provide an additional one or more service scholarships to graduating high school seniors through our College Scholarship program. 

  • Send an additional one or more middle school students to an educational overnight summer camp through our Summer Scholars program

  • Allow us to give 1,000+ books to preK - 5th grade students through our Books in Hand Program

  • Provide diapers and diaper wipes to one or more children for an entire year through our Diaper Bag program.

 

Sponsorship Benefits include:

  • Sponsor’s Company Name shall be listed as a “Presenting Sponsor” on social media throughout their month of choice.

  • Sponsor Logo on printed media.

  • Provided one corporate table for 8 - 10 with a dedicated server at our annual fall Rock Lobster event.

Silver Sponsorship - $500+

A $500.00+ sponsorship, the Fredericksburg Area Service League will be able to:

  • Contribute towards providing additional service scholarships to graduating high school seniors through our College Scholarship program. 

  • Contribute towards sending additional middle school students to an educational overnight summer camp through our Summer Scholars program

  • Allow us to distribute additional books to preK - 5th grade students through our Books in Hand Program

  • Allow us to purchase additional diapers and diaper wipes for local children in need through our Diaper Bag program.

 

Sponsorship Benefits include:

  • Sponsor’s Company Name shall be highlighted on social media throughout their month of choice.

  • Sponsor Logo on printed media.

  • Provided up to four reserved seats at a table for our annual fall Rock Lobster event.

Bronze Sponsorship - $100+

A $100.00+ sponsorship, the Fredericksburg Area Service League will be able to:

  • Contribute towards providing additional service scholarships to graduating high school seniors through our College Scholarship program. 

  • Contribute towards sending additional middle school students to an educational overnight summer camp through our Summer Scholars program

  • Allow us to distribute additional books to preK - 5th grade students through our Books in Hand Program

  • Allow us to purchase additional diapers and diaper wipes for local children in need through our Diaper Bag program.
